About Me
Hi, I’m Meredith, a licensed mental health counselor, wife, mom, and someone who truly believes in showing up for others. At my practice, I offer one-on-one and family therapy with a focus on helping people feel more at ease, more understood, and more connected to their true selves.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked in residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care, primarily supporting individuals struggling with substance use and eating disorders with co-occurring mental health concerns. I’ve also worked closely with people navigating the legal system, trauma, and really tough life transitions. These experiences have taught me a lot about what it feels like to be misunderstood, imperfect, or just plain stuck - and even more about how healing it can be to have someone walk beside you as you find your way forward.
Therapy with me is practical, compassionate, and real. I believe in creating a safe space where people can be fully themselves without shame or judgment - and where they can begin to build the kind of life that feels sustainable and meaningful.
When I’m not working, I’m usually outside - gardening, spending time with my family, or just enjoying a little peace and quiet. Community and consistency are really important to me, and I try to bring that same energy into the work I do with clients: grounded, supportive, and truly present.
