At Meredith Knitch Counseling , I’m not just here to listen-I’m here to help you make real progress. With years of experience in both direct counseling and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps behavioral health programs running, I understand what it takes to create real change. My goal is to meet you where you are, cut through the noise, and help you move forward-grounded in clinical integrity, clarity, purpose, and support that actually works.

Starting therapy can feel scary - especially if you’ve spent a long time holding it all together on your own. I’m Meredith, a licensed mental health counselor, and I create a safe, judgment-free space where you don’t have to have it all figured out - just show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
